• Your monthly income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent + utilities for the apartment type. To verify this we ask for your latest 2 paystubs.
• A credit check is performed on all applicants. If you owe any other apartments or utilities, these must be paid prior to our accepting your application.
• A criminal background check will be performed and any negative items must be more than 7 years old. We will decline any applicants with felonies.
• Falsification of any information on the application will result in automatic rejection.
